
When you use the internet, your computer has a unique number which identifies your computer to other computers on the internet. This unique number is known as the computer's IP (Internet Protocol) Address. For most people, when they connect to the Internet, their ISP (Internet Service Provider) automatically allocates an IP address for the duration of that connection. There are times when we need to know what IP Address the ISP has allocated to our computer. This can be difficult and irritating to find. So now there is a simple, free application to take the hassle out of it all.
ipAddress is a simple utility that displays the IP Address(es) currently allocated the users computer.
IpAddress 2.51.2 was released by Castle Software Ltd on Sunday 31 March 2002. Its known requirements are : Windows 95, 8MB RAM.
IpAddress will run on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.
